"What I like most about myself is my big, expressive eyes and my heart. I have a big heart and want to do good for everyone.

But right now, I'm struggling. I've been caring for others for a long time and not enough for myself.

By participating in the photo shoot, I wanted to thank Binnenste Buiten. It was a way to give something back for all the help I have received. At the same time, it was a gift to myself: I had never done anything like this before. It was a lovely experience."

"Binnenste Buiten has helped me a lot. I am a customer of the store, participate in group work and receive individual counselling there. There's a really special vibe. They always make me feel welcome.

I got to know the organisation through the group sessions. It was the first time I really felt safe in a group.

Through Binnenste Buiten, I discovered the Forum Theatre, which I've now joined as an actress. At this theatre, the audience doesn't just watch, but actively participates. Together we seek solutions to social problems, such as oppression and challenging situations."
