"I take care of myself by respecting my boundaries. I listen to my feelings and seek work-life balance.

In terms of how I look, I like my hair and my eyes best. In terms of my inner self, I am proud of my inner strength and my ability to remain hopeful even when things are more difficult. That's what makes me who I am. I work with my heart.

Seeing myself in a different light

"I worked in the sewing studio of Binnenste Buiten. I made children's clothing, which we then sold in the shop and I also took care of alterations. We used recycled materials.

In my free time, I read a lot, watch series and like to meditate. I am also creative: I design accessories from felt or leather, such as hats, bracelets and necklaces.

Binnenste Buiten has really helped me. I learnt a lot here and also grew personally. Collaborating with colleagues and the lovely atmosphere have made me stronger and more confident. I will always cherish those lovely moments together."
